I would like to express my appreciation for your fast shipment of my 2nd order with yourselves. My cat accidentally dipped his last remaining tag in his milk bowl last week and it has since failed to operate, i purchased 2 new tags along with the rubber weather guards for him. I must say i am very impressed with the design of the waterproof covers, allowing the strap of his collar to pass through it is a very good idea. I had imagined just a simple cover with a ring to mount, as before. Thanks again, hopefully he wont lose/water damage these 2 new tags. Matthew Talbot, UK
